I think what you typed made a great deal of sense. However, what about this? what if you typed a catchier post title? I am not saying your content isn’t good., however what if you added something to possibly grab a person’s attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda vanilla. You should glance at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create article headlines to grab people to open the links. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers interested about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it could bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
